Ryan Taft is an accomplished speaker, author, and sales expert renowned for his passion in helping individuals achieve breakthrough results in sales, business, and life. With over 20 years of experience, he has profoundly impacted the new home sales industry.

Starting his career as a licensed Realtor® in Arizona, Ryan soon became the National Sales Training Manager for a $10B Fortune 100 home builder. He later served 12 years as a Senior Consultant at Shore Consulting, training thousands of sales professionals and leaders.

In 2024, Ryan founded Impact Eighty-Eight, a training and performance improvement company, where he collaborates with top home builders nationwide. Drawing on his expertise in human performance, psychology, and sales skills development, Ryan delivers engaging training experiences that drive teams to achieve peak performance at all levels.

Ryan is the author of The Sales Cure and StoryGetter, and co-author of Buying the Experience and Tougher Market New Home Sales. He frequently contributes to industry publications, blogs, and podcasts.

A Certified Speaking Professional with the National Speakers Association since 2018, Ryan lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife, Melissa, and their three dogs—Odie, Ava, and Chadwick.

As Corporate VP of Sales at Crescent Homes, Lindsey managed sales strategies across multiple divisions, launched new operations, and built sales and management teams that achieved exponential increases in lead conversion and revenue.

With a proven track record of achieving organizational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, improving sales performance, and expanding market share, Lindsey brings unparalleled expertise to the table.
